    Mr Russell's musings..

Reading is important to all pupils’ lives in school. Reading allows the mind to develop, understand concepts and above all the chance to question and articulate. Our library here at Levenmouth Academy has one main objective: to support learning and teaching. Mr Ross (Headteacher) over the years has been very supportive of the work I do and has always funded the library to the best of his resources. The staff here are superb. Working with teachers and others in the school to provide the best for our pupils highlights the dedication and commitment we all have to meeting learners’ needs.
Above all, the pupils make the school what it is: a dynamic environment where no one day is the same. Yes, we have challenges daily, but at the same time the school’s staff working together can make a difference to the lives of our young people, our local community, and ultimately inspire them to achieve their personal bests.
