Enrichment & Clubs
S1 Cooking Club
Chef club will be running in D001 on a Tuesday from 3.40pm-4.40pm.
Each week young people will make dishes from scratch to take home along with a recipe to recreate at home. Dishes will include both sweet and savoury options.
Senior Chef Club
Practical skill building with a focus on cookery processes and techniques required at National 4/5 level. Club is being run by one of the college chefs on a weekly basis for a number of weeks.
